Prof Garcia appointed to the U.S. D.H.S.

Professor Ephrahim Garcia has accepted an appointment as a Visiting Scientist with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).  He will be working in the DHS Science and Technology Directorate, Borders and Maritime Division, investigating the application of advanced sensing and robotic systems for enhanced border security.
